Project
In 2019, we were chosen as the preferred digital installation partner for the M&S Cafe, in their Manchester Arndale Centre store.
Our brief was to design and install an 8m x 2m digital menu board above the counter of their café, an integral part of a major flagship store refurbishment.
The stunning feature was created using 21 x Philips 49” X Line video wall screens mounted on pop out brackets to enable easy ongoing maintenance.
Challenges
To ensure the project ran smoothly it was important to conduct a thorough site survey and risk assessment to ensure the highest health and safety standards were maintained throughout the installation process.
We supplied both the screens and brackets for the project, with our experienced engineers completing a seamless installation and calibration to deliver the highest-quality synchronised content reproduction across all 21 screens in the video wall. We also supplied and installed a dedicated internet connection to enable standalone communication with the SignStix platform.
To complete the project, we installed and deployed the SignStix CMS platform via dedicated media players to provide ongoing cloud-based management of content deployment.
Outcome
Conceptunet managed the end-to-end installation process, working closely with the teams at ITG, who have produced the stunning content, SignStix for the CMS and M&S.
Through a combination of good project management and a fantastic team of engineers, Conceptunet were able to deliver the project exactly as requested by the client.
