We wanted to update our clients and supply partners with Conceptunet’s approach to the latest phase of the Covid 19 challenges. Given the recent news regarding an extended lockdown, we wanted to reassure you that we are still operating ‘as normal’ given the tighter restrictions in place, if this situation changes and affects our services we will be in touch.
We are continuing to ensure that all our team follow and support the current restrictions and have a safe working environment. We will regularly liaise with clients and supply partners on any changes required in what is a fluid situation for everybody.
Most of our office based team are currently working from home with minimal or no impact on service. We have access to all our company servers via secure VPN links to ensure we can work as efficiently and normally as possible.
Where possible we will continue to work closely with our clients via video conferencing or other mobile systems until restrictions are lifted. However, where needed we are able to support site visits and face to face meetings in a safe environment.
Our engineers are continuing to work on site with the appropriate PPE where the environment is safe for site contractors and visitors.
